RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL TERMS

At Prashant Chaurasiya Atelier, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully happy with your order, here’s how you can request a return or exchange:

  • All returns are processed as store credit only.
    We do not offer cash or card refunds.

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • A return shipping charge of ₹250 will be deducted from your store credit once approved.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

  • Returned items must be in original condition—unused, unwashed, with all tags attached.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items with makeup stains, scents, or signs of wear or wash

  • Customised orders

  • Items bought during sales, including final sale, end-of-season, or archive sales

  • Orders placed using store credits

📌 Reminder: Items purchased during any sale or offer period are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGE / DEFECTIVE ITEMS & REFUND POLICY

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at

Refund Timeframes:

  • Upon approval and after receiving the returned product at our facility, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Visit the "Make a Return/Exchange" section on our website.

  2. Log in to your account to submit a return/exchange request.

  3. Choose the item, reason, and submit.

  4. Once approved, we will schedule a courier pickup within 2–3 working days from your address.

  5. Once the item reaches our facility, it undergoes a quality check.

  6. After approval, store credit is issued within 2–3 business days.

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Once the return is approved and a replacement or exchange is initiated, the new product will be delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive shipping updates via email once dispatched.

📝 Please notify us of any changes to your pickup address while placing the return/exchange request.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If you self-ship your return, Prashant Chaurasiya Atelier is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
